Selected Veteran-Owned companies will learn:
Digital Marketing: Learn how to enhance your website to drive more traffic, leads, and engagement, how to design effective ad campaigns, and how to leverage social media to drive leads and keep customers engaged. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to set pipeline goals, define your target audience, and create content that drives sales.
Business to Business Sales: Learn how to prepare for and conduct an effective business-to-business sales call, how to recruit business development and sales rep roles, and how to track sales performance. You will learn how to tell your story to customers and pitch your company to prospective investors.
Business Finance: Learn how to prepare your company to get a bank loan, how to find grant opportunities, and how to more effectively manage cash flow. You will better understand financial reports such as the balance sheet, cash flow statement, and a profit and loss (P&L) report.
After successfully completing the program, you will be assigned a mentor to advise you on achieving your goals for six months.
Eligibility
Veterans should meet the following three requirements:
Have separated from active duty service (or are in the process of separating) with an honorable discharge
Must have an established business
Are open to receiving feedback and training from subject matter experts
Have a high motivation to grow your business and scale
